Applications
Seamless Yoga Leggings
Create full-color designs to produce seamless-looking leggings with continuous
patterns, without limiting designs to the front or back panels. Brands can review pattern alignment, visual effects after stretching, and color performance before confirming production process parameters.
Seamless Tank Tops
Print compatible tubular tank-top bodies with continuous artwork planned around the real product circumference. The application is suited to sportswear manufacturers managing multiple graphics or seasonal colorways.
Seamless Boxers
Apply wraparound graphics to compatible seamless boxer bodies while controlling file repeat, garment position and stretch.
Other Large Tubular Sportswear
Other tubular products, such as **neck gaiters and hats**, can also be printed. For other compatible large-diameter tubular products, their suitability should be evaluated based on the **actual product length, flat and stretched diameter, material, direction of tension, and processing method**.
FAQ
The CO220-450MAX is designed for compatible large-diameter seamless garments such as yoga leggings, tank tops, boxers and selected tubular sportswear. Compatibility is confirmed from the product construction, material, flat and stretched diameter, overall length and loading direction. Send an actual garment or detailed photos and measurements before the turntable and workflow are approved.
The catalog lists a maximum print length of 1100 mm and a product diameter below 440 mm. These limits do not automatically confirm every garment inside the range. Openings, ribs, seams, stretch, shape and loading stability can affect the usable format, so Colorido checks the actual product and requested artwork before quotation.
At a catalog-listed 440 × 1100 mm format, the machine is listed at approximately three minutes per piece in eight-color mode and one minute thirty seconds per piece in four-color mode. Actual qualified output also includes loading, changeovers, maintenance, inspection and heat fixation. A timed sample test is the correct basis for shift-capacity planning.
Standard CMYK textile inks do not provide an opaque white underbase, so they cannot reproduce full-color artwork accurately on black or very dark garments. The normal route uses compatible white or light blanks. Send the garment color and material before assuming a design is printable; any white-ink workflow requires separate written confirmation.
No. The machine can print around the garment, but the artwork must be prepared as a repeat with matching opposite edges. The file circumference, turntable, loading tension, start position and calibration also affect the meeting point. Colorido should review the file and print a sample whenever continuity around the garment is a critical acceptance requirement.
Compatible polyester garments use a disperse-ink route followed by heat fixation in an oven. The approved temperature and time depend on the textile, ink, garment load and equipment; they should be established through testing rather than copied as a universal formula. Color, meeting point, marks, dimensions and flat/stretch appearance are checked after fixation.
Send the product type, fiber composition, construction, size range, flat and stretched diameter, overall length, garment color, artwork file, print coverage, target colors and expected output. Also share the intended finishing equipment and acceptance criteria. The sample record should identify the turntable, RIP settings, color mode, print conditions and finishing route used.
Colorido must confirm the compatible garment range, turntable or fixture, printhead and color configuration, ink and finishing route, software scope, electrical requirements, packing, destination, training, service and sample criteria. Price, lead time, warranty and installation conditions should be stated in the current written proposal rather than treated as permanent website promises.
