CO70-220PRO is a versatile single-drum seamless digital printer; by swapping or configuring drums of various diameters and lengths, it can print items such as neck gaiters, hats, cooling sleeves, underwear, and yoga pants.

The CO70-220PRO is designed for compatible socks and tubular knitwear. Its catalog applications include neck gaiters, hats, ice sleeves, underwear and yoga leggings.
It can print around the full circumference through coordinated roller rotation and carriage movement. A visually continuous meeting point still requires repeat-ready artwork with matching opposite edges, the correct output width, stable loading tension and calibrated starting position. Non-repeating artwork may show a mismatch even after a complete 360-degree print, so submit the file for review before sample production.
Polyester, cotton, wool and nylon with disperse, reactive or acid ink routes. These are not interchangeable choices. Polyester normally uses a compatible disperse/sublimation route followed by heat fixation, while natural fibers and nylon require material-specific pretreatment and finishing.
The current catalog reference is 20–30 pairs per hour. Actual output depends on product size, print length, resolution or Pass setting, artwork coverage, color configuration, loading and unloading time, maintenance condition and the accepted quality standard.
Standard CMYK textile printing requires a compatible white or light sock blank because CMYK ink does not create an opaque white underbase over black fabric.
Factors such as the finished product diameter, maximum printable length, extensibility, knitted structure, and feeding direction should be considered comprehensively. Roller diameters range from 72 to 220 mm and lengths from 70 to 80 cm; however, the final roller specifications must be determined based on the specific product and equipment configuration.
