The production  of digital printing machine requires dry and dust-free environment. If it is in a humid environment for a long time, some accessories of the digital printer will be affected by damp corrosion and they are prone to short circuit. Then how to maintain the digital printer in a humid environment? What do we need to do to ensure the quality of production? Please read the following measure

   First, we should take moisture-proof measures for the workshop environment. When we leave the workshop at night, we must close the drs and windows so as to avoid morning fog, morning frost and other moisture entering into the workshop.

  Second, we must cover digital printing machine with dust-proof cloth. The purpose of doing this is very simple. Dust-proof cloth cannot only prevent the dust but also avoid  the damp air and dust entering into the digital printer, which can avoid causing short circuit of internal circuit board and components.

  Third, the relevant printing media consumables must be stored in a dry environment, because the printing media is easy to absorb moisture and damp and damp media is easy to cause ink spread and other phenomena. Therefore, when we put the unused materials back to the original packaging, we should try our best not to contact them with the floor and walls.

  Fourth, if conditions are available, it is recommended to have a good exhaust fan in the working environment of the digital printing machine processing workshop. We can also use air conditioner to set up the non-moisture mode , but the effect is not very good. If the humidity is severe, you are advised to install a dehumidifier.

  Digital printer is very fine. And we must avoid wet environment when producing. The above four methods can minimize the damage of digital printer caused by moisture.
