Seamless Tubular Product Expansion Solution
One Printer, Multiple Product Lines
Expand your production from socks to arm sleeves, yoga wear, neck gaiters, and more — without adding a second machine. Match the right printer to your product mix, output target, and budget.
What Can a Seamless Tubular Printer Actually Produce?
Seamless tubular printing technology uses 360° spiral printing with rotary fixtures, allowing direct printing onto tubular knitted fabrics without cutting or flattening. This means one machine can handle any product that shares a tubular form factor.

How 360° Seamless Tubular Printing Works
The machine uses a rotary fixture (drum or roller) that holds the tubular fabric in its natural cylindrical form. The print head moves along a spiral path, wrapping the design continuously around the tube — no seams, no dead zones, no repositioning.
Interchangeable drums:Different product types require different drum diameters. A single machine can be equipped with rollers from 73mm to 500mm, enabling product switching without buying a new machine.
Adjustable print head height:Z-axis lift (typically 5–20mm) accommodates different fabric thicknesses — from lightweight athletic socks to thicker knit styles.
Ink options:Disperse ink for polyester, acid ink for nylon, reactive ink for cotton — the same machine can handle multiple fabric types by switching ink.
No pre-treatment:For polyester sublimation printing, pre-treatment is eliminated, reducing workflow complexity and per-unit cost
