When using ink, the environmental requirements of digital printers are as follows: First, the temperature is at normal level (10-25 degrees Celsius); Second, the humidity should be 40-70%;  Third, the surrounding environment should have clean air, free from dust and wind speed should not be too high. Fourth, digital printing input voltage should be stable, 220 V or 110 V. The grounding voltage must be stable, less than 0.5 V.  

Under certain circumstances, digital printing factory will store a certain amount of ink in case of influencing the progress of the later work. The environmental requirements for storing ink are as follows: First, the ink storage must be sealed free from light exposure. Second, it should be stored at an ambient temperature of 5-40℃. In addition, we also need to pay attention to the shelf life of ink, generally pigment ink for 24 months, dye ink for 36 months. These ink must be used up in the validity period. We should shake the ink before placing them on the machine, especially for the ink that has been stored for a long time.
