The Working Process Of DTF Printer
1.Prepare the design: First you need to design the print pattern, and then input the pattern into the RIP software.
2.Precise materials: Put the heat transfer film on the powder shaking machine, pour the hot melt powder into the corresponding position of the powder shaking machine, and turn on the heating switch.
3.Ready to print: Input the rip image into the printing software, and click “Print”.
4.Complete the operation: Put the garment to be heat-transferred on the pressing machine, raise the temperature to 170-180°C, then place the heat-transfer film on it, press for 15-25 seconds to make the powder adhere to the transfer surface.
